Hello my name is Carol Green

And I am situated in Langwarrin.

Up until 8 years ago I was a lady going out to work, running a home and doing all the things that we do in our daily lives. One day I woke up and had a feeling that something was about to happen, I wasn't wrong. A series of events that followed bought me to a state of OMG, a memory that I had never encountered before came into my knowing.

This memory bought a flood of different emotions along with it, guilt, anger, disbelief and sorrow among a few. The realisation of an event that happened to me that had been suppressed for many, many years had surfaced and I wanted it to go away.

Unable to deal with it myself I sought help first with a counsellor, it helped a lot as just speaking about it was a release. My counsellor advised me to try hypnotherapy, I did, and now I have taken responsibility for my emotions, feelings and above all I know I have control and choices. I have also forgiven myself and persons involved.

I realised I wanted to help others in this way so they can take back control of their lives and be the powerful person that they are.

I chose to study for my Diploma in Hypnotherapy and have also undertaken studies in energy work and have been for the past three years a Reiki master.
